The app concept was simple to follow and guide the user through their onboarding experience from turning on their device for the first time. The icon was designed to appear on the home screen to encourage users to launch the app as soon as possible. The app was designed and developed to be contextual for the user, delivering only the messages they need when and if they needed them during the start of their experience.

To help validate my design decisions I used guerilla usability testing in various locations including coffee shops and even mobile phone stores.
To help build brand trust and improve the contextual messagesoffered, a concept was created to include LiveID login on the initial launch of the app.
